Ben May Main Library will host their informative health education seminar series designed for adults and community members interested in learning practical, natural approaches to wellness, healthy living, and disease prevention on Tuesday, June 2 from 6 to 7 p.m.
FREE Seminars are held bi-monthly on Tuesdays throughout the year and explore lifestyle habits, nutrition, herbal education, and other preventative health practices that may help support overall well-being. In-person attendance is limited to 60 people per session. Registration is recommended for this event.
