ALABAMA COASTAL BIRDFEST

The 2026 John L. Borom Alabama Coastal BirdFest, celebrating the extraordinary birdlife of the Alabama Gulf Coast, will be held April 23-26 at the Aububon Bird Sanctuary and other locations on Dauphin Island and around Mobile Bay. Now in its 23rd year and proudly hosted by Alabama Audubon, BirdFest brings together birders, families and nature lovers to experience peak spring migration while inspiring the protection of the region’s unique habitats. This year's schedule includes a mix of fan favorites from the past as well as new trips.
