9TH ANNUAL KING CAKE-OFF

Help decide who has the best king cake on the Gulf Coast at the 9th Annual King Cake-Off on Friday, Jan. 15, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center. This one-of-a-kind event is a celebration of sweet competition and community spirit, as local bakeries, eateries and grocery stores go head-to-head for the title of Best King Cake and Best King Cake-Inspired Treat. Bring the whole family for live music, local vendors, kids’ activities, specialty cocktails, endless king cake tastings and more, all to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Gulf Coast. Tickets are $12 to $20 for adults and $5 for kids ages 3 to 10. For more information, go to https://pro.gofundme.com/event/2026-king-cake-off/e749575.
