The Seventh Annual Boyington Oak Festival will be held Saturday, May 16, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Oakleigh House Museum. Celebrate one of Mobile’s most fascinating legends and enjoy a full day of history, culture and community. The event will include the signature play, "The Truth is in the Tree," written by Mary S. Palmer; a guided tour by Gulf Coast Historic Trolley Tours which retraces the gallows' walk of Charles R.S. Boyington; and Oakleigh House tours featuring the Azalea Trail Maids and Mobile Belles.
