BUNS N BANDS

Join the City of Mobile Parks and Recreation for Buns N Bands, every Tuesday from March 5, 2024, through May 21, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the Springhill Recreation Center. Join fitness instructor Kristen Alyce for a fun new workout designed to tone and sculpt paired with a hard-hitting playlist to keep the body moving! Long bands will be provided, however, participants are encouraged to take their own bands. This event is free and open to the public.
