BLACK FAMILY WELLNESS EXPO

The Greater Mobile (AL) Chapter of The Links Inc. invites the community to attend the Black Family Wellness Expo, a FREE event focused on improving health and wellness for families across Mobile, on Saturday, March 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Shoppes at Bel Air. This year's theme, Pathway to Wellness: Empowering Families, Enriching Generations, highlights the importance of caring for the health of individuals and families at every stage of life. Attendees will have access to FREE health screenings, wellness resources, fitness activities, financial literacy information and connections to local health and community organizations. The event will also feature information from BLACK K.A.R.E., sponsored by Vantive, which focuses on increasing awareness and education about kidney health. Families, individuals and community members of all ages are encouraged to attend and take steps toward better health and wellness.
