BEHIND-THE-SCENES COLLECTION TOUR: TOYS!

Two private tours, each an hour long, will showcase toys from throughout the decades on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the History Museum of Mobile. Visitors will see the museum's collection of historic toys, including model trains, figurines, games and more. During each informative and fascinating tour, curators will discuss the particular environmental, handling and housing factors needed to prevent damage and ensure the preservation of the objects they collect, safeguard and interpret for present and future generations of citizens. Admission is $20 for adults and $15 for ages 8-17. Tickets must be purchased in advance online.
