The 11th Annual MudBottom Revival Music Festival, hosted by Dog River Clearwater Revival, will take place Sunday, April 19, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Bender Point. Gates open at 1:30 p.m. This fun afternoon of live music and community spirit will raise awareness and funds to improve public access and water quality for Dog River and its tributaries. This year's musical lineup features headliner Willie Watson, an internationally renowned folk and Americana artist known for roots-driven songwriting and live storytelling; The New Cahoots, an acoustic/electric trio out of Pensacola blending folk, bluegrass and Americana with high-energy originals and covers; and Camm Lewis, a soulful local performer bringing a warm vocal style and an easy mix of laid-back groove and sing-along moments. Attendees are encouraged to bring friends and family, coolers, picnic blankets and chairs to enjoy live music under the shade of beautiful oak trees on the banks of Dog River. Restrooms and food vendors will be on-site, and MudBottom Revival swag is available for purchase. Attendees will arrive by car, bike, kayak, canoe, stand-up paddleboard or boat. Boat taxi transportation will also be available. Tickets are available now and historically sell out quickly. Ticket prices are $35 for general admission and $45 the week of the show. Children 12 and under are free. For more information, go to https://dogriver.org.
