Every first Sunday of the month enjoy FREE admission into the History Museum of Mobile and Colonial Fort Conde from 1 to 5 p.m. and. On display now: A History of Mobile in 22 Objects. Twenty-two unexpected and compelling objects weave together over three hundred years of Mobile history, from the pre-Colonial era to the 21st century port. With contributions from Mobile’s leading historians, professors, and museum curators, you are sure to discover both new and familiar stories in this landmark exhibition.
Be advised that Free Sundays are busier, high attendance days. Stay home if you feel sick. Mobile History Museum requires masks inside the building. Remember to keep six feet of distance between you and persons from other households. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the museum.
