YOGA AT CENTRAL

Join instructor Elizabeth McCraw for an opportunity to practice yoga together. Open to the public. All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, water, and $10. Classes are each Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Elizabeth McCraw is a certified RYT 500 yoga instructor with experience serving all levels of students. She is enthusiastic in her commitment to share yoga across communities and cultures, knowing how deeply healing it is to connect with our minds & bodies. Yoga at Central is in the recently renovated chapel (event space).
