VEGGIE KIDS FALL EDITION FOR AGES 8 THROUGH 12

The Mobile Botanical Garden’s multi-week program will be held each Saturday, Sep. 16, 2023, through Sep. 30, 2023, from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. for children, ages 8 to 12. Participants will explore what foods come from plants, what plants need to grow, and the work of farmers to bring good fruits and vegetables to dining tables. From Dirt Day and Grocery Store Botany to harvest, young gardeners will plant and maintain their own raised bed ‘farms’ at MBG’s Magnolia Hill.
