SUMMER COOKING CAMPS: GRIDDLE & GRILL WEEK

The Cookery Project presents STEAM Griddle & Grill week for kids ages 6 and up. Aug. 1 through 4, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Wilmer Hall in the McDowell Building. Prepare to make sweet and savory recipes made from of all things grilled with a little STEAM culinary learning on the side. Classes will also stress kitchen safety, cooking tools and methods, blind taste challenge, food head bandz, hot potato, and a mystery basket challenge.
