DANCING FOR DIVERSITY

The City of Mobile Parks and Recreation Department will host Dancing for Diversity on Thursday, Aug. 7, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Mardi Gras Park in downtown Mobile. This vibrant community program unites local dance groups and instructors to celebrate culture, creativity and connection through movement. People of all ages and skill levels are invited to experience dance as a universal language that fosters understanding and unity through performances, workshops and interactive sessions. www.facebook.com/events/575038548766134.
