CARDIO NO AUDIO SILENT GLOW IN THE DARK FITNESS PARTY

On Friday, May 5, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Springhill Recreation Center, you can learn a new way to get fit! The Cardio No Audio Silent Party infuses the same energy and intensity of being out with friends on a Friday night listening to music, but instead, working out to your favorite songs with multiple playlists and instructors Marcus Harden and Jihad Irby.
