BIO BLITZ

BIO Blitz, a day-long camp for campers ages 10 to 13, will be held at Dauphin Island Sea Lab, on Friday, July 11, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Campers will become Barrier Island Observers as they set out on an expedition across many of the diverse habitats of Dauphin Island, including the beach, salt marsh and maritime forest. They will document their journey and findings through various creative media. While exploring barrier island ecology, students should be prepared to get wet, sandy, and muddy.
