Join Africatown Plateau Pacers for a Community Health Fair on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Robert L. Hope Community Center. September is self-care and sickle cell awareness month. Enjoy a day filled with different vendors and health information. Have your blood pressure checked and learn about healthy eating and exercising. There will be music and fun for the whole family!
